Returns, Exchanges and Complaints
We hope that you're happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for whatever reason you may do so to: Vital Equine Limited, 17 Little Dippers, Pulborough, West Sussex, RH20 2DB.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty we will be more than happy to refund or replace. Please contact us as soon as is reasonably possible in order for us to arrange collection of the goods at no charge to you.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
Once you have received your order you are able to change your mind and return the product to us. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product if you wish to take this option. Please note that this return will be at your expense.
Please make every effort to return your goods in their original packaging
Couriers
Please note if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signiture the couriers insurance is invalidated. Vital Equine Limited cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
